Welcome to Heart of Kings Tattoo. By accessing our website, requesting an appointment, booking a service, purchasing a product, or receiving services at our studio, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Our goal is to provide a professional, respectful, safe, and welcoming environment for every client.

1. Appointments and Booking

All tattoo appointments are subject to artist availability and confirmation.

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee a reservation. Appointments are confirmed only after the client receives confirmation from Heart of Kings Tattoo or the selected artist.

Tattoo pricing depends on the size, placement, complexity, detail, and estimated time required to complete the artwork.

Some tattoos may require multiple sessions. Estimated completion times and prices may change if the scope of the project changes.

2. Deposits

A deposit may be required to reserve a tattoo appointment.

The deposit amount and applicable refund or transfer conditions will be disclosed before payment and confirmed during booking.

Deposits may be applied toward the total cost of the tattoo as specified in the booking agreement.

Any nonrefundable deposit conditions must be communicated and agreed upon before payment, subject to applicable law.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients are responsible for notifying the studio or their artist as soon as possible if they cannot attend a scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling requests are subject to artist availability and the cancellation policy communicated at booking.

Missed appointments, late cancellations, and repeated rescheduling may result in the loss of a deposit when permitted by the agreed booking terms and applicable law.

If Heart of Kings Tattoo or the assigned artist must cancel an appointment, we will work with the client to arrange an alternative appointment or an appropriate resolution.

4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows

Clients should arrive on time and allow sufficient time for identification verification, paperwork, consultations, and tattoo preparation.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions, rescheduling, or cancellation when the remaining time is insufficient to complete the service safely.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may affect future booking eligibility.

5. Age Requirements and Identification

All clients must present valid government-issued photographic identification as required by applicable law and local health regulations.

Heart of Kings Tattoo reserves the right to establish age restrictions stricter than the legal minimum.

Services involving minors, if offered, are subject to applicable age restrictions, parental or guardian consent, identification requirements, and other legal conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse a service when the necessary identification or documentation cannot be verified.

6. Health, Safety, and Client Responsibility

Clients must complete all required consent and health disclosure forms accurately before receiving a tattoo.

Clients are responsible for informing their artist of relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, medications, or other circumstances that may affect the safety of the procedure.

Tattooing involves risks, including discomfort, bleeding, allergic reactions, infection, scarring, and variations in healing.

Clients must not receive tattoo services while under the influence of alcohol or impairing substances.

Our artists may decline or postpone a procedure when they reasonably determine that proceeding would be unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Tattoo Design and Artwork

Custom tattoo designs are created according to the agreed concept, size, placement, and artistic direction.

Significant changes to an approved concept may require additional design time, fees, or rescheduling.

Clients must review and approve the final design, spelling, placement, and orientation before tattooing begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of original artwork remains with its respective creator. Purchasing a tattoo service does not automatically transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

8. Tattoo Results and Healing

Every person's skin and healing process are different.

Final tattoo appearance may vary depending on skin characteristics, placement, aftercare, sun exposure, and the natural aging of the tattoo.

Clients acknowledge that tattoos are intended to be permanent and that removal or modification may be difficult, costly, and may cause scarring.

Heart of Kings Tattoo does not guarantee identical results to reference photographs, digital mockups, or tattoos performed on other individuals.

9. Aftercare

Clients will receive aftercare instructions appropriate to their procedure.

Clients are responsible for following these instructions and seeking appropriate medical care if concerning symptoms develop.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may negatively affect healing and the final appearance of the tattoo.

Touch-ups, if available, are subject to the individual artist's policy, eligibility requirements, and any applicable fees.

10. Payments and Financing

Payment is required according to the terms agreed upon before the service.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, debit cards, credit cards, and eligible third-party financing options.

Financing services, including Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, Zip, or other available providers, are subject to separate approval requirements and terms established by the financing provider.

Heart of Kings Tattoo does not guarantee financing approval.

Any applicable transaction fees, financing charges, or other additional costs will be disclosed before payment as required by law.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase or service, the work already performed, the booking agreement, and applicable law.

Completed tattoo services are generally not refundable solely because a client changes their mind about an approved design or aesthetic preference.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including rights relating to services not provided or other legally protected claims.

12. Client Conduct

Heart of Kings Tattoo maintains a professional and respectful environment.

Harassment, threats, discrimination, violence, abusive behavior, and conduct that jeopardizes the safety of clients or staff are prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for legitimate safety, operational, or conduct-related reasons, consistent with applicable law.

13. Photography and Social Media

Artists may request permission to photograph or record completed tattoos for portfolios, educational materials, or promotional purposes.

Identifiable client photographs or videos will not be used for public marketing without appropriate permission.

Clients may decline optional promotional photography without affecting their eligibility for tattoo services.

14. Website Use

The information on this website is provided for general informational and booking purposes.

Visitors agree not to misuse the website, submit fraudulent requests, interfere with website functionality, or use its content unlawfully.

Website photographs, written materials, logos, and original artwork may not be reproduced or used commercially without authorization from the appropriate rights holder.

15. Privacy and Personal Information

We may collect information necessary to respond to inquiries, manage appointments, process payments, comply with legal requirements, and provide tattoo services.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Payment and financing providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

Marketing text messages or emails, where offered, are subject to applicable consent requirements. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing tattoo services.

16. Independent Artists

Certain tattoo artists working at Heart of Kings Tattoo may operate as independent professionals.

Individual artists may establish their own pricing, availability, design procedures, and service-specific policies, provided these are communicated to clients and comply with applicable law.

Any separate agreement between a client and an artist will apply to that artist's services to the extent it does not conflict with applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Heart of Kings Tattoo is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by clients, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any nonwaivable consumer rights.

18. Changes to These Terms

Heart of Kings Tattoo may update these Terms of Service periodically.

Updated terms will be published on this website with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter confirmed booking agreements without appropriate consent.

19. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
